🍫 Chocolate Dreams: The Ice Cream of Island Nights

When the sun sets over the water and the tiki torches flicker, nothing satisfies like a scoop of rich, creamy chocolate ice cream. This isn’t just dessert—it’s decadence in paradise.
🌺 Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- Âľ cup sugar
- Âľ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (use dark for richer flavor)
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 tbsp KahlĂşa or coconut rum
🔥 Directions
- Whisk & Warm: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cream, milk, sugar, cocoa, and salt. Stir until smooth and hot (do not boil).
- Melt Chocolate: Remove from heat and stir in chopped dark chocolate until fully melted. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Cool Down: Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until cold.
- Churn & Freeze: Pour into your ice cream maker and churn according to your machine’s instructions. Freeze for 2–4 hours to set.
