🛒 Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck (80/20)
- 4 brioche buns, lightly toasted
- 4 slices sharp cheddar
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Lettuce (romaine or butter)
- Heinz 57 or your favorite burger sauce
- Pineapple rings (optional, but awesome)
- Spicy mayo (1/2 cup mayo + 1 tbsp sriracha + splash of lime juice)
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
🔥 Directions
- Form the patties — Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into 4 even patties.
- Grill it right — Cook on a hot grill (or cast iron) 3–4 mins per side. Add cheddar during the last minute.
- Toast the buns — Brioche, lightly buttered, grilled till golden.
- Assemble the legend

- Burger patty with melted cheese
- Tomato
- Onion
- Heinz 57 or spicy mayo
- Grilled pineapple (optional but heavenly)
- Top bun
