Cheeseburger in Paradise

“I like mine with lettuce and tomato, Heinz 57 and French fried potatoes…” – Jimmy Buffett

Welcome to the burger that defines paradise! This beach-style stacker is the ultimate tribute to Margaritaville. Juicy, cheesy, a little tropical, and a whole lotta laid-back.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck (80/20)
  • 4 brioche buns, lightly toasted
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • Lettuce (romaine or butter)
  • Heinz 57 or your favorite burger sauce
  • Pineapple rings (optional, but awesome)
  • Spicy mayo (1/2 cup mayo + 1 tbsp sriracha + splash of lime juice)
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

🔥 Directions

  1. Form the patties — Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into 4 even patties.
  2. Grill it right — Cook on a hot grill (or cast iron) 3–4 mins per side. Add cheddar during the last minute.
  3. Toast the buns — Brioche, lightly buttered, grilled till golden.
  4. Assemble the legend
    • Bottom bun
    • Lettuce
    • Burger patty with melted cheese
    • Tomato
    • Onion
    • Heinz 57 or spicy mayo
    • Grilled pineapple (optional but heavenly)
    • Top bun
  5. Serve with fries, friends, and your favorite island playlist.

🌴 Paradise Pro Tip

Want a tropical twist? Marinate the patties in teriyaki before grilling. Serve with grilled corn and a frozen margarita.
